Tom Anderson has served as an Administrative Assistant to the Mayor of Birmingham, Ala., where he was also engaged in the general practice of law. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and has taught in CLE programs in Philadelphia and North Carolina.

Anderson served on the Faculty for the Emory Law School Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program from 2002-2003. He was the 2004 recipient of the North Carolina Trial Lawyers Association's Becton Award for Outstanding Teaching of Trial Advocacy.
